The Center for Continuing Education uses the following guidelines in regards to payments, refunds, and cancellations.
MSU BANNER Account Numbers
MSU Departments, faculty and staff members can pay registration fees using their MSU Banner Account number by calling 662-325-5002.
Please contact us at 662-325-5002 for information regarding ACH and Wire Transfer payments.
All refunds will be issued in accordance with following guidelines:
- All refunds will be issued in the form of payment received, with the exception of cash.
- Any course or event cancelled by the Center for Continuing Education will result in a 100% refund or course credit.
- If a registrant cancels a registration a minimum of 3 business days prior to a course or event start date, a 100% refund will be issued.
- Registrants will receive a 90% refund for any cancellations received fewer than 3 business days prior to course or event start date.
- Failure to notify the Center for Continuing Education of cancellation prior to the start date of the course or event (no show) will result in a 50% refund.
